VAT number
Bank details (if you are a regular supplier)
Information about you or your business is also automatically archived on our internal systems
and is only accessible at Director level. We only hold data relating to your business to enable us
to trade with you and for general communication with you or your employees. Our company will
never pass on or sell this information. Please keep this letter for your records. If you do not
consent to us using your information in this manor, please write or email us as promptly as
possible. If we don't hear from you we will assume you consent to us holding data.
